Empowering the Next Generation

In honor of the Cuaresma family’s 100-years in America, we are proud to launch the “It Takes a Village” Bayanihan Scholarship 2.0. Rooted in the spirit of Bayanihan, the Filipino tradition of a community coming together to achieve a common goal, we are committed to supporting students in their pursuit of higher education.

Our goal is to raise a total of $1,000 by May 30, 2026. These funds will provide two scholarships:

$500 one dedicated to a student in San Diego and another

$500 for a nationwide recipient.

We aim to empower scholars who embody the values of hard work, community service, and academic excellence.

Your contribution, no matter the size, directly fuels the dreams of aspiring scholars. Every dollar raised goes toward easing the financial burden of tuition and school supplies.

Our Story

Tinidor Foods began with the journey of a young immigrant Filipina who arrived in America with four children, a heart full of hope, and a suitcase carrying a cookbook of Filipino recipes.

Every dish she cooked shared a piece of home — love, resilience, and memories of the Pinas she left behind.

Tinidor Foods continues that legacy today, using food to connect cultures and honor the stories that shaped our family.

Now in San Diego, we’re excited to share the same beloved Filipino classics — while also offering gluten-free and plant-based options for today’s modern, health-conscious diners.
